I agree music mick, and you have just triggered a memory of listening to Mudrock in my bedroom laid on the floor with the speakers either side of my head (couldn't afford headphones! ).
It's great at this time of year as you get to see the lads on all the music channels

Hi everyone,
Simmy here, location Chesterfield, UK
I'm a massive 70's fan, including Mud, I saw them a couple of times, I've got most of their vinyl singles, 'It's better than working' on vinyl, and used to have MUd Rock on cassette. One of my favourite tracks on Better Than Working has always been 'How Many Times', one of my favouritte singles is the boy's version of 'Lean on Me'
thanks to this site for keeping the meory of Mud alive. I heard about it from the Daily Express, 23/12/2006. I saw the boys on TOTP2 on 24/12/2006 singing lonely this christmas, bu unfortunately it wasn'tt he classic performance with the ventriloquist's doll !
keep the faith boys and girls,
simmy |

BUT WHY HAVE THEY PUT BEATING ROUND THE BUSH ON TWICE .[/quote]
Just a guess - either it's an early demo version or an alternate single mix. |
